Buvette

Our signature dish is fish crispies with homemade sauces. Accompanied by fine fries or a Waldhaus salad. Of course, we also serve a small but fine selection of other dishes - often seasonal - but always self-service. In spring, summer and fall, the Buvette is always open. Drop by and enjoy the Peng-Peng Burger and light summer dishes.
