Breakfast for hotel guests

The rich, regional and seasonal à la carte breakfast can be booked together with an overnight stay at the Waldhaus and you can choose from one of 4 different, balanced and diverse menus.
Our team also uses the Hardwald forest as inspiration for the breakfast menu and cultivates our own herb garden. Of course, you will also find products from the group's own companies. The milk and cheese products come from our "Milchhüsli beider Basel" and the bread and many sweets from the "Beschle" confectionery and bakery.
